Christmas Party 2025
Following last year’s tradition, we held a Christmas party.
We were gifted oysters from a student’s family home Hokkaido and enjoyed them together.

33rd Symposium on Organic Crystals in Shinshu University
I participated in the 33rd Symposium on Organic Crystals, which was held at Shinshu University.
As in the previous year, M2 students Mr. Ishikawa and Mr. Ikeda gave presentations.
Green Science Cafe
I was in charge of the Green Science Cafe, an outreach event organized by the Institute for Green Science and Technology at Shizuoka University.
We gave a lecture introducing our research and conducted a simple hands-on experiment for the 17 participants, which included 9 elementary and junior high school students.

Shochu night
We hosted a farewell party for two fourth-year undergraduate students preparing for their graduate school entrance exams at the end of August.
The get-together was held at a place renowned for its wide variety of shochu, and everyone had a great time tasting and comparing the different kinds.

Summer Bowling
We had our first-ever lab bowling day!
It was a fun and laid-back event with lab members and their families, including children.
